Iranian (Persian?) Stamp, likely 1902 circa, but could be up to 1907.  The black printing is just for a local group or area. This is a fine example of the time in history and although there are many pictures of this type of stamp, I have done all the research I can do.  I trust what I have said is correct.  Please be sure of this item as returns are not accepted due to the postage and insurance.  I will warrant that it is real, and not a copy.  Any complaints, understand I have pictures of this so we can compare it if you are disapointed. I don't like selling like this,but I also don't want to throw it away by mistake. My eyes aren't what they used to be.
