Question #1:  Do you offer a COA with your fossils?
A:  Because there is no such thing as an independent 3rd party to send your fossils to for grading
and certifying, as there is with rare gems, coins, or even baseball cards, there is no such thing as
a COA with fossils. Anybody offering you one is simply printing one off their home computer to
try and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  But you and I both know it is a huge conflict of
interest to grade or certify items that you are selling
…
hence the reason a seller can not COA his own
coins or gems.  I would be very skeptical of anyone trying to offer you a COA with any fossil in the world.
They do not exist.  But to be perfectly honest, the only people asking for COA’s  are
brand new collectors.
Collectors dropping ,000 or more on a fossil do not ask for COA’s because they
are already aware of
the above.  In the
fossil world, all we have is our reputation and mine has been flawless
for the past 20 + years.
Question #2: Do you offer combined shipping for Domestic and International orders?
A:   Yes, a combined shipping total will be added up in your checkout process.  If you
live in the United States and wish to receive
FREE shipping
than you can do this by adding three or more item to your cart and paying at one time.  Adding three or more items to your cart will remove the shipping charges.   I am sorry but if you buy one item, pay, buy another item, pay, and so on than we can not refund your shipping simply due to the fact that ebay does not refund our fees when we refund you.  Plus it is an absolute nightmare to get several orders like this per day and have to stop everything to void out tracking numbers, log into paypal and issue refunds, manually remove tracking from the ebay system, reprint labels and manually reload tracking into the ebay server.   Please…add all items to your cart, pay at one time, and save on shipping.  Better for us…even better for you.
Question #3: What about import taxes or customs forms on the package for international shipments?
A: In 99% of the packages that I ship outside the United States there is NO need for a customs form
that specifies the value or the contents.  Why?  Because if the package weighs 16 ounces or less, and
99% of them do, than the United States Postal Service does not require one.   Feel free to email me with
any questions you may have in regards to this matter --
Approximately 50-60% of all our auctions are
won by customers who reside in countries other than the United States.  Shipping outside the United
States is NOT a problem.
Question #4:  Do you have a website or can I get your email so I can contact you?
A: Ebay will no longer allow us to give out our website or email in a listing or even give it out if you ask
for it.  I apologize for this lack of ability to communicate outside of ebay.
